I lived in Rancho Bernardo for 12 years and made the mistake of selling my home. I have been in Florida nearly 3 years and I am so unhappy... I am sick to death! I would give anything to come home. Are the prices coming down? (SPONSOR 06/21/07 4:10pm) REPLY

Hi, Lorin I am sorry to hear that you are homesick. I agree ~ RB is a GREAT place to live! To answer your question...yes, I would definitely say that it\'s a buyers market right now. Prices have stablized in the past year or 2, and are actually starting to come down. Let me see if I can find out more and I will get back to you soon.
